“Haven for a comedien” is the first Russian repertory theatre without a constant theatre company. Task is to create a logo which symbolizes the 35-th anniversary of the theatre. Additionally it comes up with the one visual concept. The concept should reflect an emotion and spirit of every stage play and maintain the key style. Gala identity lives all the theatre season long. What is the main attribute for every play? It is a spotlight, of course. (This popular image provides the basis for new identity. It is represented by Roman numbers 35 in the shapes of triangle. The posters, promo materials & advertising gifts are also decorated with these minimalistic shapes of triangle) The light became a base image for gala identity. The triangle shape as a symbol of a spot was chosen to frame the Roman figures in logo. Theatre posters and promo were adopted in a triangle shape in design also.
