2021 was a special year, marking 80 years since the World War II began in Russia. RT held special Victory Day broadcasts, as well as a special coverage of the events on the day of the beginning of the war. We promoted the coverage with a spot featuring restored archive footage. Footage upscaling, enhancement and colorization were carried out with the help of AI-driven technology.
